This centrally located B&B is within walking distance to all the sights and attractions in the bustling downtown area. It's conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and even the train station, making it a great base for exploring the city. the rooms are clean and well-equipped, with a kitchenette and private bathroom. the friendly and helpful staff go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Plus, the breakfast served nearby is a delicious treat, with the best croissants we've had during our Italian holiday.
The bathroom could use some improvement, as the plumbing can be quite noisy at night.

Located in the city center, within walking distance of pretty much everything. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Helpful host who assisted with finding parking. Breakfast served in a nearby bar, convenient for late risers

Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, well equipped with kitchenette, clean and tidy accommodations, special treats/surprises every day, felt at home and part of the family.

We had a fantastic weekend exploring the Tuscan region and were pleasantly surprised by the location of our accommodation. It was situated in the heart of the town with restaurants, shops, and train station in walking distance. the room was well-maintained and tidy, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. we enjoyed the authentic Italian breakfast which infused local flavors and traditional style.
